By engaging with Klarket agency: Mike Yankee’s LLC for any creative service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Klarket (the “Agency”).

2. Scope of Work

A detailed description of services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in the project proposal or via email confirmation. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may affect deadlines or pricing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due after project completion.

• A secure payment link will be sent to you once the final work or agreed-upon milestone is delivered.

• Payment is required within 1 – 2days of receiving the payment link.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery of future services or additional fees.

4. Revisions & Feedback

Unless otherwise stated, each project includes a number round(s) of revisions depending on the project. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may be billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

• Klarket retains ownership of all creative work until full payment is received.

• Once payment is completed, the rights to the final approved work are transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified.

• Klarket reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or for promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or approvals may affect the timeline of delivery.

7. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel the project at any time before delivery, but partial work may be billed based on progress.

• Klarket reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

Klarket will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered materials. All services are provided “as is.”
