This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services and digital products provided by Mike Yankee’s LLC | 8360 Verdura Street 32566 Navarre, FL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Due to the nature of digital services, all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For media buying services and website development, refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
A written request must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the service delivery date.
The refund request must clearly demonstrate that the final deliverable does not materially match the scope and specifications agreed upon in the contract or written agreement.
If the claim is validated, we may, at our discretion:
Issue a full refund, or
Issue a partial refund, or
Provide corrective work to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The deliverable matches the agreed scope,
Delays or performance issues are caused by the client (lack of communication, missing materials, delayed approvals, etc.),
Advertising performance does not meet expectations, as performance cannot be guaranteed.
All consulting services, advisory sessions, and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable.
This includes:
Strategy consultations
Business advisory sessions
Digital marketing consulting
Coaching or strategic calls
By purchasing consulting services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once the session has been scheduled or delivered.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services and restriction from future purchases.
