That said, we understand that sometimes things shift or circumstances change. In those rare cases, we’re always open to finding a fair and thoughtful solution — together.


1. Our Commitment

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter service. Every project is treated with care, creativity, and strategic thought. If something doesn’t feel right, just let us know — we’ll work with you to make it right before jumping to cancellation.


2. Service-Specific Guidelines

Media Buying

  • If canceled before campaign launch, planning and strategy hours will be billed.

  • After launch, media buying fees are non-refundable. Unused ad budget may be transferable depending on the platform.

Strategic Elaboration

  • If canceled:

    • Before work begins – Full refund.

    • Midway (after research/partial delivery) – 50% billed.

    • After final delivery – No refund applicable.

Website Development

  • If canceled:

    • Before design starts – Full refund.

    • After mockups – 30% billed.

    • After development – 60% billed.

    • After delivery or live launch – No refund.


3. A Collaborative Approach

We rarely encounter dissatisfaction, but if you’re not 100% happy with the direction of a project, talk to us. We’re flexible, and we believe in finding a solution that works for both sides — whether it’s adjustments, partial delivery, or scheduling a pause.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is part of the agreed solution, it will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
